GETTING CLOSER TO GOD

When God wants your attention he will use whatever is necessary to get you. I was so sure that I was in agreement with the lord. However, I came to realize that I was further rather than closer. Father, I need your presence. I was put in tight corner and I was in a season where everyone had abandoned me. The so called friends were no where to be found. It was me and the lord. God, here I am use me as a vessel to spread your word. You got me Lord I am not occupied with the demands of life. I am simply here at your feet.  Your presence is like heaven to me. I was searching for peace which this world cannot provide. The inner peace that I am looking for can only be found in you. Father, help me to focus on you.
